Eligible projects must demonstrate tangible results from the past two years, showcasing innovations that have significantly enhanced the treatment and management of NHS patients. Whether conducted independently or in collaboration with NHS organisations, these initiatives must show substantial impact in transforming healthcare delivery through digital solutions. 

Eligibility

  • This award recognises the adoption of digital technologies by independent healthcare providers that streamline the treatment and management of NHS patients 
  • Solutions must improve efficiencies, patient tracking, and outcomes in a complementary setup with NHS services, and must demonstrate evidence from the past two years up until the awards deadline date 

Ambition

  • Describe the specific healthcare challenge and context addressed by your digital healthcare services, such as enhancing patient care efficiencies and outcomes through innovative digital solutions 
  • Outline the goals and targets set for integrating digital technologies, emphasising how they meet clinical needs and improve patient care 
  • Highlight the innovative technologies or methodologies adopted to improve healthcare delivery, explaining their selection based on their potential to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes 

Outcome

  • Provide clear, quantifiable evidence of the benefits realised for NHS patients, including improvements in patient tracking, clinical outcomes, and overall healthcare efficiency. 
  • Discuss how these outcomes have positively impacted healthcare operations, such as reduced waiting times, improved resource allocation, or enhanced patient management. 
  • Share specific success metrics, patient feedback, and comparative data (before-and-after) to demonstrate the tangible impact of digital healthcare services on patient care and operational outcomes.
