- Please note the meal guests receive will be based on the dietary requirements you submit on the guest list. Guests will not be able to select on the day. Dietary requirements include vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. Please ensure you have inputted the correct requirements for all your guests.
- 1 magnum of champagne and 5 bottles of wine (2 red & 3 white), 1/2 bottle of water per person and soft drink per table. If you would like to replace some of the wine bottles for more non-alcoholic options, please email the team at awardssupport@hsj.co.uk. The non-alcoholic option is sparkling pressé of various flavours.
- You can order extra beverages on the night using the QR code on your table. Please note the venue can accept contactless payments only.
- A professional group photo of your table will be captured during the dinner service! Our photographers will make their way to your table to ensure you and your group have a memorable memento from the evening. Don’t miss this special opportunity to commemorate the night!
- Please note if your whole table is not present for the photo we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take another photo at a later time.
- Your booking also includes x1 subscription to HSJ Solutions for one year - details for this will be sent to you after the ceremony.

Please note from the start of the awards lighting effects (including strobe lighting), water-based vapour machines and loud music will be in operation. Alcohol will be served throughout the night and we ask that you remind your guests to please drink responsibly. If the venue deems you to be too intoxicated, they reserve the right to remove you from the premises.
