Your unique reference number can be found in the email that was sent out to the person who made the booking (OP-XXXXXX)
It is important that you provide us with the names of your guests for GDPR compliance.
Please note, that each guest will have to have a unique email address. If you use the same email address for more than one guest, then the system will overwrite the original guest's information. Additionaly, once a form has been submitted for the guest, they will receive an automatic confirmation email from us.
Please check spam/junk folders as these emails can sometimes be automatically filtered there.
Please list any dietary requirements in the field provided. These include any allergies, intolerances and if you require a vegetarian, vegan or Kosher meal.
