A: There is an administration charge of £199 +VAT per entry into the HSJ Partnership Awards, which is reduced to £49 +VAT for charity or not-for-profit organisations. Please consider that finalists will be invited to London (in accordance with Government Guidelines) for a judging presentation during the week beginning February 8th, 2021 and all finalists will be invited to purchase a table at the awards ceremony in March.
A: There are 5 main questions each requiring a maximum of 200 words, plus some basic single line questions. Plus there is an upload opportunity to submit supporting evidence. Evidence must be clearly referenced from your entry form and should be compiled into a single PDF containing any relevant documentation or imagery.
A: Project based entries are required to be currently active or if completed to have been completed within the past 18 months. Equally evidence for any submitted entries should be current or relevant to the past 18 months. Entries previously submitted in the HSJ Partnership Awards should have a significant update, change of circumstance or result.
A: All types of organisations are eligible to enter whether from the private or public sector as well as not-for-profit, charities, arms length bodies, statutory organisations, royal colleges, industry bodies and NGOs. The prerequisite is the end user of products or services demonstrated must be an NHS organisation.
A: : All entries submitted to the HSJ Partnership Awards will be read by our appointed judges, editorial staff and internal awards administrative teams. If you have specific requirements with regards to confidentiality please contact our team to discuss and it’s possible that arrangements can be made for you.
A: No, there is no mandatory attendance at the awards ceremony in March 2021. Non-attendance does not preclude your submission from any success. HSJ would encourage you to celebrate your success at the biggest annual celebration of partnership excellence

A: Our awards finalists will be announced on December 12, 2020. The awards team will not be able to update you on the progress of your entry before this date.
A: All feedback will be delivered by the end of March 2020. We will provide feedback on request from April 2021, please contact the awards team.
