Available to the first 50 organisations to select a category and initiate their entry. Once the limit is reached, the price will increase to £199.

The charity rate is available only to registered UK charities that are part of an eligible partnership entry. To qualify, the charity must:

• Be a registered UK charity with a valid charity number
• Be an active delivery partner in the project, working alongside at least one NHS organisation
• Not be owned, managed, or controlled by an NHS organisation, local authority, or private for-profit company
• Be directly involved in the project’s delivery (not umbrella, membership, or fundraising-only charities)

Entries are open to independent healthcare providers delivering services free at the point of care to NHS patients, in any setting. Projects may be delivered independently or in partnership with an NHS organisation.
