Partnership Awards - early bird rate
This entry fee is applicable for all private sector organisations working with the NHS to deliver projects - if you are a charity, please use the charity option.
Partnership Awards - charity rate
The charity rate is available only to registered UK charities that are part of an eligible partnership entry. To qualify, the charity must:
- Be a registered UK charity with a valid charity number
- Be an active delivery partner in the project, working alongside at least one NHS organisation
- Not be owned, managed, or controlled by an NHS organisation, local authority, or private for-profit company
- Be directly involved in the project’s delivery (not umbrella, membership, or fundraising-only charities)

Independent Healthcare Providers
Independent Healthcare Providers Awards - early bird rate
Entries are open to independent healthcare providers delivering services free at the point of care to NHS patients, in any setting. Projects may be delivered independently or in partnership with an NHS organisation.
Independent Healthcare Providers Awards - charity rate
The charity rate is available only to registered UK charities acting as independent healthcare providers. To qualify, organisations must:
- Be a registered UK charity with a valid charity number
- Be an active delivery partner in the project, working alongside at least one NHS organisation
- Not be owned, managed, or controlled by an NHS organisation, local authority, or private for-profit company
- Be directly involved in the project’s delivery (not umbrella, membership, or fundraising-only charities)
