Thank you for registering a guest to the HSJ Partnership and Independent Healthcare Provider Awards 2026. Your guest will now receive an automatic confirmation email confirming their attendance.

Remember each guest must have a unique email address - you cannot use the same email address for more than one attendee: trying to do so will simply save one person on the system. 

• Please keep your own record of your award attendees
• If you need to replace a guest, then simply complete a new form for them and include the name of the guest they are replacing in the field provided.
• If you need to make any amendments to guest information that has been submitted (dietary updates, email address updates etc), please contact the HSJ Awards Team (awardssupport@hsj.co.uk).
